Hosted jointly by the Home Office, Department for Transport, Airport Operators Association and British Air Transport Association, the conference at the National Exhibition Centre was heralded as a great success. DfT Minister Tony McNulty delivered the keynote speech to launch the initiative and the new MATRA theme was evident in all aspects of the event. After the event Image Line received a letter of praise from the co-ordinating team.
