Sue Terpilowski, Director
Sue Terpilowski is the director who oversees marketing and PR. Sue has a wealth of experience in PR, marketing, and visual communications, with specialist knowledge of the logistics and transport industries. She has helped many companies establish themselves within the UK business community since she established Image Line in 1988.
Over the years Sue has undertaken extensive training in PR, sales, marketing and company management. She is regularly quoted in the business press as an expert source on a wide range of issues affecting the PR, marketing and advertising industries. She has recently been featured in the Financial Times, on BBC Radio and in the Daily Telegraph. Sue is a fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing, a member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing, a member of the Institute of Management and has recently completed a diploma in Business Coaching.
Tom Waters
Tom oversees the visual events department at Image Line. He has vast experience in managing all aspects of conferences and exhibitions and can recommend the most innovative and effective solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Tom has built long-lasting relationships with some of the UK's largest and most well-known institutions and organisations, such as the Home Office, helping them to flawlessly execute some of their most important events.
Monika Grissmann
Having joined Image Line in 1990, Monika Grissmann is our Production Manager responsible for the co-ordination of various marketing and design projects. She works closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that projects are completed on-time and to the highest standard.
Dave Maddox
Dave helps to oversee Image Line's design studio and has extensive experience in all aspects of design and printing. Dave joined Image Line over nine years ago and he has helped numerous companies develop creative solutions for their marketing and design needs.
Kelly Verity
A highly creative and professional designer, Kelly has honed her skills over the years on advertising, marketing, sales promotion and incentive programmes for a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Image Line, Kelly spent the last few years helping to develop and grow a busy creative department at an independent advertising and marketing company based in London's Docklands.
Yvonne Mulder
Yvonne Mulder has worked as a communications specialist in the freight and logistics industry for almost 20 years. She started her career as transport correspondent on a daily newspaper in Christchurch, New Zealand (where she was born and raised) and has lived and worked in the US, the Netherlands, Belgium and Antarctica. She moved into PR with Communications Partnership and then worked for ten years as a freelance consultant with Mission Marketing in both PR and account director roles.
Chris Browne
Chris Browne was a shipping journalist on Fairplay and Safety at Sea magazines for three years before joining Imageline as PR manager. After an early career on regional newspapers, Chris moved to the Daily Telegraph as a sub-editor, later joining The Times and Financial Times. Chris has run media training courses and spent several years as a maritime and political PR. He has written two books about the media.
Amanda Shoffman
Amanda joined the PR Department in September 2009 after graduating with a 2.1 in Media, Culture and Society from the University of Birmingham. Amanda runs the administration for the PR department making sure deadlines are met and news about Image Lines' clients is distributed as widely as possible. She is keen to expand her skills within the PR Executive role.
